Siân Williams
Associate Attorney
As a former immigrant herself, Siân is a zealous advocate for noncitizens and their families. At the University of Minnesota Law School, she pursued her dual interests in criminal law and immigration law. During her legal education, she was a Cooper Human Rights Fellow with the Refugee and Immigrant Rights Program and a Supervising Student Attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic.
After graduating, Siân worked as an Associate Attorney at the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office, utilizing her strong negotiation and litigation skills—both in and out of court—to help clients navigate a complicated and inequitable criminal justice system. She also fought fiercely to achieve outcomes that would minimize the potential impact of a criminal conviction on noncitizen clients’ immigration status.
Siân joined Prokosch Law in 2021 to support those navigating the complexities of the United States immigration system—of which she has personal experience. She believes firmly in client-centered, creative, and results-oriented representation, empowering clients to fully understand all the options available to them.
She has experience in family-based and humanitarian-based immigration, with a particular interest in the intersection of criminal and immigration law.
