Mary Kolarova

Mary was raised in Roseville, Minnesota, as a second-generation immigrant, and being a child to immigrant parents, she understands the trials and tribulations that accompany navigating the immigration system. After graduating in 2022 from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Sociology, she worked in the behavioral health field, gaining experience providing clients with holistic services. She came into this field with the intent of creating a community that’s safe and non-oppressive and ultimately hopes to attend law school and become an immigration lawyer, where she can fight against the injustices immigrants face.

In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, traveling, watching movies, cooking, and hanging out with her friends and family.
